Fiat Ducato, Citroën Relay, Peugeot Boxer Double DIN Motorhome Stereo Kit (DAB/ Vehicle Settings Retention)

This Double DIN motorhome stereo fitting kit is designed for select Fiat Ducato X290 2014-2021, Citroën Relay 2014-2021 and Peugeot Boxer X290 2014-2024 van and motorhome models fitted with factory Uconnect Satnav (VP2 DAB) or Uconnect TomTom Satnav systems. It allows the installation of a branded aftermarket Double DIN stereo from manufacturers such as Pioneer, Alpine, Kenwood, JVC and Sony, while retaining important original vehicle functions for a more integrated upgrade.

The kit includes a vehicle settings retention interface that keeps the original steering wheel controls, phone button functionality and vehicle settings menus active with the new aftermarket stereo. It also generates parking sensor graphics and provides useful outputs for park brake, reverse gear and speed pulse, making it ideal for more advanced motorhome and van stereo installations where factory functionality needs to be preserved.

To complete the installation, the kit includes a gloss black Double DIN fascia for a clean dashboard finish, a Fakra to DIN aerial adapter with 12V phantom power to retain AM/FM radio, and a Fakra DAB to SMB adapter to retain the factory DAB antenna with compatible aftermarket head units. This makes it a practical all-in-one fitting kit for upgrading Ducato, Relay and Boxer vehicles with factory navigation systems to a modern Double DIN multimedia stereo.

This Double DIN stereo upgrade fitting kit is compatible with select Fiat Ducato X290 2014-2021, Citroën Relay 2014-2021 and Peugeot Boxer X290 2014-2024 van and motorhome models with factory Uconnect Satnav (VP2 DAB) and Uconnect TomTom Satnav systems radio systems.

During installation, the metal fascia clips have been known to fall down the back of the vehicles dashboard. If this happens additional clips can be purchase separately (Part number 80-026)

This Double DIN stereo upgrade fitting kit contains:

Fakra DAB male to DAB SMB female antenna adapter (21-037)

Use to convert the original (Fakra DAB) antenna connector in a car to a female SMB (used on aftermarket head-units)

Fakra to DIN antenna adapter cable (21-123)

This cable converts the original antenna connector in the car, known as a Fakra connector, to a standard aftermarket antenna connector, known as a DIN connector.

The adapter cable has a built in module which provides a phantom power feed to the original antenna in the car. A phantom power feed is a 12v power supply that is sent up the centre wire of the antenna cable, this powers the amplifier built into the original antenna. The antenna adapter cable has a loose wire which needs to be connected to the 12v antenna power output of the new aftermarket stereo.

The phantom power feed terminates in a junior timer receptacle terminal to make it easy to connect into the electric antenna turn on position of a standard ISO connector. We also have this part available with a male bullet connector to make the phantom power lead easier to connect to ISO cables and steering wheel control interfaces

Steering wheel control Infoadapter interface (29-CTUFT01)

This steering wheel control infoadapter is designed to retain key factory functions when replacing the original radio with an aftermarket head unit in select Fiat Ducato X290 2014-2021, Citroën Relay 2014-2021 and Peugeot Boxer X290 2014-2024 van and motorhome models with factory fitted VP1 or VP2 Uconnect systems. It allows the original steering wheel audio controls to continue working with the new stereo, helping maintain a more integrated and user-friendly dashboard setup.

As well as retaining the steering wheel controls, this interface also allows vehicle information such as clock adjustment and vehicle settings menus to be displayed on the new aftermarket head unit. This makes it an ideal solution for customers who want to upgrade their stereo without losing access to important OEM settings that are normally adjusted through the original screen.

This interface is suitable for select van and motorhome applications using the Uconnect system architecture. It is designed for Fiat Ducato X290 2014-2021, Citroën Relay 2014-2021 and Peugeot Boxer X290 2014-2024 models with factory fitted VP1 or VP2 Uconnect systems. Please note that an additional patch lead is required depending on the make of radio being fitted, and this interface will not retain the original windscreen camera.

Steering wheel control Infoadapter interface (29-CT-025)

Universal patch lead for 29-CT series steering controls. Suitable for Alpine, Clarion, JVC, Kenwood, Pioneer, Sony and Chinese head-units that are steering wheel remote ready.

This cable plugs into the Steering wheel control box and into either the 3.5mm socket or single wire on the back of the head-units. Follow instruction to cut loops if needed.

Fiat Ducato (2014 Onwards) Double Din fascia with side fix brackets GLOSS BLACK (50-938)

Double DIN fascia kit for 2014 onwards facelifted vehicles.

This kit comes with side fixing brackets so no cage kit is required.

For single DIN installation an additional pocket will be required.

There may be some additional plastic that requires cutting to allow the installation of a double-din unit.
