Terms and Conditions for £1,000 In Car Technologies LTD Car Audio Upgrade Prize Draw

1. Introduction

By entering the £1,000 car audio upgrade prize draw, entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. The promoter and organiser of this prize draw is In Car Technologies LTD, located at: 3, Apple Lane, Trade City, Exeter EX2 5GL UK (hereafter known as The Company). 2. Eligibility

• 2.1 The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over.
• 2.2 Employees of The Company and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
• 2.3 Only one entry per person is allowed unless stated otherwise.

3. Prize Draw Period & How to Enter

• 3.1 To enter the prize draw, participants must leave a positive review on The Company Google Business Page (https://g.page/r/CdiKcJoObMmoEAE/review) and confirm their entry by emailing The Company at showroom@incartec.co.uk.
• 3.2 All entries must be received by 23:59 GMT on Monday 31st March 2025. Late entries will not be considered.
• 3.3 This competition is limited to one per customer; any entries that abuse this rule will be removed and disqualified.
• 3.4 Entries that are deemed incomplete, illegible, or offensive will be removed and disqualified.
• 3.5 The Company reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not meet the eligibility requirements.

4. Prize(s)

• 4.1 A car audio upgrade up to the value of £1,000 GBP, including parts and installation and VAT. Installation charges are set at £49/hour exclusive of VAT.
• 4.2 Additional costs over the £1,000 limit will need to be paid at the prize winner’s expense.
• 4.3 All installation and fitting of parts must be carried out in our Apple Lane workshop by The Company Installation Manager.
• 4.4 All parts for installation must be sourced and supplied through The Company Showroom team. Any parts sourced outside of these rules will be refused fitting.
• 4.5 Parts and Labour times are agreed at The Company Showroom Manager’s discretion.
• 4.6 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives.
• 4.7 The Company reserves the right to substitute a prize with another of equal or greater value.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

• 5.1 The winner will be selected at random from all eligible and valid entries received by the closing date.
• 5.2 The draw will take place on Tuesday 1st April 2025, and the winner will be notified by email within 4–5 business working days.
• 5.3 If a winner does not respond within 7 days after being contacted, The Company reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

6. Prize Delivery

• 6.1 The winner will be responsible for providing accurate contact details.
• 6.2 Bookings for the prize installation must be within 30 days from the date of the winner being notified.
• 6.3 The winner will be contacted by the same email address used to confirm entry to the prize draw.

7. Publicity & Data Protection

• 7.1 By entering the competition, the winner agrees to the use of their details in any publicity or promotional material related to the competition, which may include the use of their name, image, and entries in marketing materials.
• 7.2 Personal data will be handled in accordance with The Company’s privacy policy.
• 7.3 The Company will collect and store personal data provided by participants for the purpose of administering the competition and for future marketing purposes.
• 7.4 Participants to the prize draw may request to access, remove, or correct their personal data by contacting The Company at showroom@incartec.co.uk.

8. General Terms

• 8.1 The Company reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the competition if necessary if circumstances beyond its control arise.
• 8.2 The Company is not responsible for any technical failures or issues that may prevent participants from entering the prize draw.
• 8.3 By entering the prize draw, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
• 8.4 The Company’s decision in all matters related to the prize draw is final.
• 8.5 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes arising out of or in connection to the prize draw will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England.
