Following is a list of common questions and answers that we think are important to you and will help you understand our products and services.

For UK mainland orders we use DPD and Royal Mail. International orders, depending on size and location, are sent by TNT or DHL courier.
If you place your order online before 3.30pm we aim to despatch the same day. Orders placed after 3.30pm will be despatched the next working day.
We keep all products on our website in stock, unless it is a special order item. If you place an order and a part is out of stock we will contact you to advise the due date.
We accept payments for online orders by PayPal or Stripe. If you do not have a PayPal account you can still pay by using a credit or debit card with PayPal or Stripe with no need to create an account.
<p>The fastest and easiest way to order items is via our website. A member of our sales team will be able to take an order and payment over the phone.</p>
No, the logins are only for approved trade customers.
<p>Yes. Our opening hours are 8:30 to 17:00 Monday to Friday. We have a showroom where you can buy any of our products.</p><p>Alternatively you can do click and collect via our website. Just select the collection option at the checkout.</p>
<p>We do not have engineers on the road, but if you email us and tell us where you are we can give you details of recommended local businesses who will be able to help.</p><p>We do however have an in house workshop business for local installations, simply email showroom@incartec.co.uk&nbsp;directly to arrange an installation.</p>
You may have been given an old part number or a part number from a different manufacturer. Please email us with the numbers and we will will be able to advise on the current or corresponding part number.
Yes we can. Email our Help team with information about your car, the model and year and what you would like to fit and one of our experts will help.
