You undertake that all details you provide to us for the purpose of booking, ordering or purchasing are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of products.
If there are any changes to the details supplied by you it is your responsibility to inform InCarTec.co.uk as soon as possible.
Please be aware that InCarTec.co.uk reserves the right to refuse bulk orders if we believe that the goods are being sold on for retail purposes.
All prices quoted on the consumer web site are inclusive of VAT. However, where a VAT price is applicable, you will be notified.

Prices that are reduced for sales and promotions via InCarTec.co.uk or its partners are only valid for the period whilst the sale/promotion is in progress and cannot be backdated or added any time outside of the offer.
InCarTec.co.uk reserves the right to lower/increase the price of any item on our sites at our discretion.
All payments are to be made to InCarTec.co.uk. Payments are accepted on most major credit or debit cards via our secure server. All orders are positively credit card sanctioned prior to dispatch.
Cheques can also be accepted however please note that this will slow down our supply of goods to you as we need to have the cheque cleared prior to the release of the goods. We cannot accept responsibility if any details you provide us with are incorrect or if any order is held up as a result of incorrect details.
The customer is not entitled to withhold payment or to refuse payment on the grounds of counterclaims, which are disputed by the company.
When payment is not received within the terms and conditions stated, InCarTec.co.uk reserve the right to suspend trading on the account.
All orders remain the property of InCarTec.co.uk until payment has been received in full.
Quoted delivery times are specific to products and locations and apply to working days only.
InCarTec.co.uk are not liable for duty or seizure costs incurred during international delivery.
A signature may be required upon delivery.
Damages to or loss of the goods are not the responsibility of InCarTec.co.uk.
Postal delivery will be charged a small post and packaging fee per order. The delivery of the goods will normally take place within two working days, but as this is not within our control, we cannot guarantee it. There may be a charge for delivery where you choose delivery by courier. Where delivery is to an address outside the UK, our Customer Service department will notify you of the delivery charge which will apply to your order.
InCarTec.co.uk are not responsible for return delivery charges.
Once the goods have been delivered to you, you will hold them at your own risk and will be liable for their loss or destruction. We will not be liable for the loss or destruction of the goods once they have been delivered to you.
We will not be held responsible for any failure to deliver goods ordered by you or any delay in delivering goods ordered by you or any damage to goods ordered by you, the cause of which is any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control.
No claim for damage in transit, shortage of delivery or loss of goods will be entertained unless notification is received in writing within 3 days of receipt of goods. Where goods are accepted from the carrier without being checked, the delivery book of the carrier must be signed 'UNCHECKED'.
Our returns policy for unwanted items lasts up to 31 days – If 31 days have passed since the original purchase date unfortunately we cannot offer you a full refund. To be eligible for a return the item must be in the same condition that it was received. Once your return has been received it will be checked for damage and tested for operation.
InCarTec.co.uk are not responsible for return delivery charges.
On receipt by In Car Tec all items will be checked for damage and tested for operation. Warranty goods must have a description of the fault and will be replaced free of charge provided they were purchased within the previous 12 months.
Customers purchasing an installation kit from the site are responsible for contacting the InCarTec.co.uk approved installer shown on the delivery note, who will agree a convenient time and place to install the product. The installer may be unable to complete the job if the products are incompatible with your vehicle or if your vehicle has been modified in any way.

The company shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions, failure to follow Company's instruction (whether oral or in writing), misuse, alteration or repair of the goods without the company's approval.
The company shall not be liable for any warranty period if the goods have not been paid for in full by the due date.
Warranties do not extend to parts, materials or equipment not supplied by the company, in respect of which the customer shall only be entitled to the benefits of any such warranty or guarantee offered by the manufacturer to the company.
Liability is limited to replacement of goods, shown to be faulty. The company shall not under any circumstances be liable for consequential loss, loss of profits, or any damage suffered by the customer in respect of goods supplied.
No goods will be replaced or credited until the faulty goods have been received by InCarTec.co.uk.
No alterations to, addition to or qualification of these Terms and Conditions shall be binding upon the company unless expressly accepted in writing by the company.
The failure by the company at any time or for any period to enforce any one or more of these Terms and Conditions shall not be a wavier of them or a wavier of the right to enforce such Terms and Conditions on a future occasion.
