Add aftermarket/ retain original camera on select Toyota vehicles (24 (9+15) Pin connector)

Allows you to add an aftermarket reverse view camera to the original factory fitted head unit on select Toyota car models with 24 (9+15) Pin connector (Display and navigation model radios only).

This adapter cable also allows you retain the original OEM factory fitted camera when installing a new aftermarket head unit.

Installation

To retain/ keep the factory reverse camera when installing an aftermarket unit

• Connect the Black wire to the chassis ground
• Connect the Yellow wire to the accessory power
• Connect the male Yellow RCA plug to the reverse camera input of the aftermarket radio
• Connect the reverse wire from the aftermarket radio to the reverse signal in the vehicle
• Disregard the loose Green/ Purple wire, it will not be used when retaining

To add an aftermarket camera to the original system screen

• Connect the Black wire to the ground wire of the aftermarket camera
• Connect the power wire of the aftermarket camera to accessory power
• Tape off and disregard the Yellow wire, it is not required 
• Connect the female Yellow RCA plug to the aftermarket camera
