Interface to connect to the CAN ignition of certain cars and trucks from General Motors and provide ignition output as well as interfacing with the steering wheel controls and original amplifier.

This interface also includes subwoofer retention and a reverse signal, speed pulse and parking brake outputs.

Suitable for certain Buick, Cadillac, Chevrolet, GMC, Hummer, Pontiac, Saturn and Suzuki models built between 2006 - 2020, see long description for compatibility.

NOT SUITABLE for retaining steering wheel controls on Chinese/unbranded head units with 2 wire SWC interface (KEY1/KEY2)

- Retains warning chimes

- Comes with patch lead and FM antenna adapter included

Only retains XM tuner on cars equipped with steering wheel controls and driver information centre, and aftermarket head unit must have AUX input.

Does not retain lane departure or forward collision warnings. Parking sensors tone will not escalate as proximity increases after radio has been changed.

NOT COMPATIBLE WITH 2012-2014 Chevrolet Avalanche, Silverado, Suburban, Tahoe or GMC Sierra or Yukon models with original navigation. Use part 23-227 for these vehicles.
