This adapter harness is designed to adapt from the original quadlock style connector in the dashboard to a standard aftermarket ISO connector to allow the fitting an aftermarket head unit.
This lead has a built in CANbus interface which provides a key present ignition power supply. A key present ignition supply will generate an ignition feed to turn the head unit on with the first position of the key, the interface will continue to give an ignition feed to the radio when the key is turned back to the off position, the ignition feed stops only when the key is then removed from the ignition barrel.
